Bhutan Centre for Media and Democracy is hosting a parents’ forum titled Raising Children in the Digital Age on Wednesday, August 24 to talk about the growing influence of mass media on children today.

The forum is aimed:

• To create awareness amongst the parents on growing impact of media on our youth.
• To open a dialogue with parents on their children’s media usage.
• To understand parents’ views on social media.
• To introduce parents to the importance of being media literate in this digital day and age.

Time: 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm Venue: Department of Youth and Sports’ Auditorium (above Swimming Pool Complex)
